Refund Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.


ALL Discounted Items are FINAL SALE.


The customer is responsible for return shipping.

To start a return, you can contact us at Tverbergtrends@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Be sure to include your name, and order number in the subject line of the email with a detailed full description of how and why you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Please be sure to include photos if necessary. Return Authorizations are given via e-mail only.

Please include with your return a copy of your order including your contact information. Please allow up to 7 to 14 business days for your In-Shop Credit or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return is complete.

We recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost/damaged returns. We offer hand picked exchanges with returned cardigans, covers, tops, sweaters, and other clothing.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances for the safety of our employees and customers. Leggings, Legging Shorts, Head Bands, Hats, Head Wraps, Onesies, Body Suits, and Shoes. Shoes must be tried on the date of delivery wearing socks on a carpeted flooring. We cannot accept any returns on shoes that have been worn or show any signs of worn damage.

UPON RECEIPT OF RETURNED GOODS, TIMELESS TRENDS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY THE RETURN IF IT DOES NOT MEET THE COMPANY RETURN POLICY REQUIREMENTS.
